Kevin Dedace is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 12 years of experience driving strategic people initiatives
across complex, fast-paced organizations. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).
Dr. Dedace is highly skilled in change management, data-driven decision-making, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. His expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR systems implementation. He has led transformative HR efforts that enhanced organizational effectiveness and reduced turnover, including system overhauls that resulted in significant operational savings.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Dr. Dedace is a passionate educator. At The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, he taught both master’s and doctoral-level courses, covering subjects such as organizational theory, leadership, and strategic management. He also teaches Human Resources courses at UCLA Extension, where he brings practical experience into the classroom to equip professionals with strategic thinking and real-world HR applications.
