Faik Yetgin
Faik Yetgin, Esq. is a dedicated litigation attorney representing workers in complex class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions throughout California’s state and federal courts.
Faik has successfully litigated several wage and hour class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees across the state of California. His advocacy has resulted in settlements exceeding $1,000,000 on behalf of California workers, securing both wages and civil penalties that serve the dual purpose of compensating employees and deterring future violations. Faik is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) as well as its Wage and Hour Committee.
Faik’s experience spans multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing, where he has litigated on behalf of employees impacted by systemic wage and hour violations. Faik routinely negotiates and directs the production and forensic examination of complex electronic datasets, including SQL databases, ADP and Workday exports, biometric timekeeping records, and transaction logs to establish class-wide liability patterns and calculate aggregate damages models for class certification and dispute resolution.
In addition to traditional litigation, Faik excels in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with extensive experience in resolving disputes in mediation. Faik has personally led dozens of mediation efforts, securing settlements on a class and/or PAGA basis. Faik currently serves as a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association’s Arbitration Committee, and has successfully litigated numerous contractual disputes surrounding arbitration agreements.
A graduate of UCLA School of Law and alumnus of the Fulbright Program, Faik possesses six years of legal education and experience throughout Turkey, Germany, and the United States. This global perspective informs his understanding of workers’ rights and economic justice. Faik’s pursuit of representing employees follows a long history of advocacy, most recently as President of his graduating class at UCLA School of Law.
