Michelle Lim
Michelle Lim has extensive experience in the litigation of nationwide federal cases and California state actions involving plaintiff-side wage and hour claims, fraud and unfair competition claims, misclassification claims, and discrimination and retaliation claims, with an emphasis on class and representative litigation, including under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) and the Federal Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Michelle is admitted to practice law in all state and federal district courts in California.
