Guido Toscano is an accomplished litigator with a J.D. from USC Law and over a decade of experience in the high-stakes world of the AmLaw 100. Known for his compelling advocacy and strategic approach to litigation, Guido spent years defending corporate clients before shifting his focus to safeguard the rights of California employees.
Today, he advocates for individuals facing workplace injustice, bringing dedication, practical insight, and his broad range of experience to every case.
Guido has a proven record of success in hearings and trials, including for cases in state and federal courts, arbitration, administrative forums, and both civil and criminal matters. His legal experience spans many practice areas, including employment, public entity law, entertainment, trust and estates, advertising, and FDA/FTC compliance. Earlier in his career, he served in the City Attorneys’ Offices for the cities of Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and Temecula.
Before attending law school, Guido studied classical piano—an enduring passion he continues to cultivate. He regards classical music as a gateway to creativity and profound dimensions of the human experience.
