Brian Zaghi
Brian Zaghi is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. Mr. Zaghi received his juris doctor degree from The Colleges of Law, Ventura campus, where he graduated with honors. He accomplished these honors while also working as a law clerk.
Mr. Zaghi began his legal career as a law clerk working in different firms gaining a broad variety of experience in multiple areas of the law such as Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, Wills & Trusts, and Elder Abuse. As a law clerk, he dealt with clients, managed discovery, corresponded with opposing counsel, filed documents with the court, drafted pleadings, and organized case files.
Mr. Zaghi also had the opportunity to work in the Ventura Superior Court as a judicial intern for the Honorable JoAnn Johnson, where he was able to obtain a broad overview and understanding of the legal process.
As a former wrestler and basketball player, Mr. Zaghi embraces the team-based approach in all his tasks. Mr. Zaghi understands the importance of detailed work and enjoys connecting with his clients. He is committed to ensuring that a client’s needs and best interests are appropriately addressed.
Raised in a dual-language household, Mr. Zaghi grew up speaking English and Farsi and can switch effortlessly between the two. This ability to communicate and think in either language is an advantageous and monumental talent.
Mr. Zaghi’s professional work experience encompasses working in various roles at a nationally recognized bank where he advanced as a teller, a personal banker, and a relationship manager. In addition, Mr. Zaghi has professional experience in commercial real estate at a brokerage firm in West Los Angeles. The knowledge and expertise that Mr. Zaghi brings from these previous careers translate into an illuminating perspective on cases. His breadth of experience in both banking and real estate has provided Mr. Zaghi with excellent communication skills giving him the ability to listen to clients and connect on a warmhearted, personal level.
