With over two decades of experience in complex class action litigation, Ms. Smith serves as the Managing Attorney of the Pre Litigation Department, bringing deep expertise and strategic leadership to the firm’s employment class action practice.
Throughout her 20-year career, Ms. Smith has focused on wage and hour, PAGA, and consumer class actions. She has successfully guided hundreds of cases through every stage of litigation—from case initiation and client development to class certification, settlement, and appeal. Her work has included extensive law and motion practice, large-scale discovery management, depositions, trial preparation, appellate briefing, and settlement negotiation and approval.
In her current role, Ms. Smith oversees pre-litigation strategy and operations, ensuring that cases are positioned for early resolution or litigation success.
