Michael Lenett
Michael Lenett grew up in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and an A.A. in Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva University in New York City. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in civil litigation.
During law school, Mr. Lenett competed on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. He also served on the Individual Representation Clinic, where he successfully represented underprivileged clients in their wage and hour violation claims before the California Labor Commissioner.
Mr. Lenett started his legal career working to protect California Wildfire Victims after the PG&E wildfires in Northern California. He also represented Plaintiffs in their actions to recover for retaliation, employers’ violations of employees’ rights to be paid timely for wages and overtime; meal and rest breaks; and reimbursement for certain work-related expenses, among other wage and hour violations.
In his free time Mr. Lenett enjoys hiking, skiing, collecting antiques, and playing piano.
