Born and raised in California, Joseph Rocha is an accomplished trial attorney with broad experience in public policy, consumer protection and criminal prosecution. He is a Navy Veteran, former Marine Judge Advocate and current Captain in the Marine Reserve. A recipient of the United States Marine Corps Commandant’s Award for Excellence in Legal Assistance, he is a graduate of the University of San Diego and University of San Francisco School of Law.
