Brad Fagnani

Brad is an experienced litigator, currently focusing on wage and hour class actions, and with experience in mass torts, consumer class actions, personal injury, anti- trust, and business litigation.

Brad served in the US Army JAG Corps for 8 years where he represented hundreds of soldiers in a wide range of complex matters including international legal issues related to deployed U.S. forces, sexual assault prosecution, and policy development.
