Beth Christopher

Beth is an experienced litigator, currently focusing on wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in federal and state courts. Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Beth worked at plaintiff employment law firms where she advocated for employee rights and has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on a variety of employment claims, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract and privacy.

Beth received her JD from Whitter Law School and earned her BA from the University of Oklahoma. During law school, she served on the Trial Advocacy Honor’s Board and was a member of the Children’s Rights Clinic. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys designing succulents, creating charcuterie boards, and spending time with friends and family.
