Molly DeSario
Molly DeSario is a seasoned employment law attorney with over 17 years of experience litigating complex wage and hour class actions in California. As a managing attorney, she has led teams of attorneys, mentored junior lawyers, and represented hundreds of plaintiffs in high-stakes employment class and representative actions. Her litigation practice is defined by strategic vision, aggressive advocacy, and a deep commitment to advancing workers’ rights.
Before focusing on employment law, Molly gained valuable experience in consumer protection, civil rights, pharmaceutical class actions, and criminal defense. She is known as a fearless advocate, an exceptional legal writer, and a natural leader who consistently delivers results for her clients.
Molly received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing. During law school, she interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Major Crimes Unit), State Street Bank, the civil rights firm Gordon, Silberman, Quinn & Pantanzis, and U.S. District Court Judge Paul L. Friedman in Washington, D.C.
She holds a B.A. in Marketing and International Business with honors from the University of Cincinnati, completed through an accelerated three-year program on a full academic scholarship.
In addition to her legal work, Molly is committed to social justice and public service. She has volunteered with organizations such as the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Alameda County Food Bank, the ACLU, and has provided pro bono legal services through the Whitman-Walker Clinic for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and the Alameda Point Collaborative, serving formerly unhoused youth.
Molly is licensed to practice law in both California and Maryland.
