Taina Vale

Taina Vale, Esq. is an Immigration Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, based in Los Angeles, California. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has over 10 years of experience practicing Immigration Law. Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Vale earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and has been living and practicing in California for the past decade. She is authorized to represent clients in immigration matters throughout the United States and its territories. 

Ms. Vale has extensive experience in removal defense, having managed and litigated a substantial volume of immigration cases during her career, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings across Southern California and other Immigration Courts in California. Her practice includes successful representation in Asylum Claims, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, as well as the preparation of complex motions, legal briefs, and appeals. She regularly communicates with DHS trial attorneys and Immigration Court personnel and has supervised teams of paralegals in fast-paced legal environments.

At Bibiyan Law Group, Ms. Vale applies her courtroom experience, strategic advocacy, and client-focused approach to provide ethical, efficient, and compassionate representation to individuals navigating complex immigration matters.
