Susan Nahama
Susan Nahama serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of law firm operations. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and has worked in law firm management since 2018, focusing on building high-performing teams, strengthening firm culture, and driving operational excellence.
Her experience in firm operations includes but is not limited to: strategic planning, financial management and budgeting, business development initiatives, compliance and risk management, and process improvement across legal departments. She is particularly passionate about collaborative leadership and fostering a workplace culture that empowers attorneys and professional staff to thrive while delivering exceptional client service.
Earlier in her career, Susan practiced as a civil litigator and later served as a managing shareholder, representing clients across a broad range of civil matters. Her legal background provides valuable insight into the day-to-day needs of attorneys and clients, allowing her to align operational strategy with the firm’s legal mission and growth objectives.
Outside of the office, Susan enjoys staying active through regular workouts, spending time with her four children, trying new restaurants, reading, and cooking. She values the balance between professional achievement and family life, and brings that perspective to her leadership approach.
