Sunshine Ayala-Griffith
Sunshine Ayala Griffith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and a Juris Doctor degree, both earned in the Philippines. She began her career with the Department of Justice, where she traveled across the country to advocate for the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned to online learning and completed certifications in International Arbitration and International Women’s Health and Human Rights. Following these achievements, she secured a paralegal role at an employment law firm in California. After two years, she decided to advance her career, moved to the United States, and joined Bibiyan Law Group.
Her education and professional experience have sharpened her problem-solving and analytical skills, which she applies in her current role to conduct in-depth legal research and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Outside of work, Sunshine enjoys an active lifestyle, including water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and diving. She is passionate about exploring different parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and trying new cuisines.
