Sareen Khakh
Sareen Khakh is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group. She is a first generation attorney. Prior to law school, Sareen received her Bachelors in Health Sciences at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Sareen attended law school at UCLA, where she further developed her interest in human rights and civil rights work, including the rights of workers. Sareen was part of the Epstein Public Interest Law and Policy Program, the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and the Williams Institute Moot Court Team. She received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award in International Human Rights Law and the Gleason Kettel Fellowship from the Williams Institute. Sareen’s previous legal background includes internships at the United Nations and at ACLU of Southern California in the LGBTQ, Gender and Reproductive Justice Project. While at Bibiyan Law Group, Sareen has litigated a wide variety of cases and helped to negotiate several settlements in several wage and hour class actions, as well as individual cases. Sareen enjoys using her legal knowledge and skills to represent workers and defend their rights.
