Jason Rothman
Jason Rothman is a Senior Managing Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C. Jason’s extensive legal experience includes over a decade of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment law, including wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA cases, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation. He has successfully certified multiple cases throughout California. He has directly managed and overseen litigation that has had an estimated recovery of more than two hundred and fifty million dollars on behalf of people who have experienced illegal workplace practices.
Mr. Rothman has been active in the class action field of law well before becoming licensed to practice law in the state of California. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego, Thurgood Marshall College, he went on to get an ABA approved paralegal certificate through a UCSD extensions program before working for a consumer rights class action firm in 2008.
Mr. Rothman has regularly given back to the community through various activities, including work done for the American Red Cross.
