Brian Angelini

Brian Angelini is Senior Counsel in the FEHA Department at Bibiyan Law Group.  He attended Amherst College where he earned a B.A. with a double major in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought and Spanish (2000) and played four years of varsity soccer. He earned a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law (2004) where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Law Journal. While in law school, Brian clerked for the late and Honorable Stephen J. Hillman Magistrate Judge, Central District of California and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Brian has extensive experience representing clients from intake through trial. He has first-chaired both jury and bench trials to verdict and has appeared in state and federal courts, including in various counties throughout the State of California and has over twenty years (20) of litigation experience.  He has litigated thousands of cases, including employment and labor law disputes, financial elder abuse, and others.  Brian is admitted to CA State and Federal courts and is a member of the State Bar of California.  His passion for representing plaintiffs in employment matters stems from his upbringing.

Brian comes from a working class family and was born in Rosario, Argentina.  He came to the United States at age five (5) without speaking English. His father played first division professional soccer in Argentina for Newell’s Old Boys in the 1960s; and as a result, developed a passion for soccer at an early age where he learned discipline, dedication, teamwork, and perseverance. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley where he attended Harvard-Westlake High School in North Hollywood, CA and graduated in 1995.
