Kevin Dedace
Kevin Dedace is the HR Director at Bibiyan Law Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With nearly 13 years of HR leadership experience, he leads strategic people initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness across complex, fast paced environments.
Dr. Dedace brings broad expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems implementation. He has led large scale HR transformations that improved operational efficiency and reduced turnover, including system enhancements that generated significant cost savings. He is known for his strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and data informed approach to decision making, and he is deeply committed to fostering psychological safety and inclusive leadership within the workplace.
Alongside his corporate leadership, Dr. Dedace is a dedicated educator. At The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, he taught master’s and doctoral level courses in organizational theory, leadership, and strategic management. He also teaches Human Resources courses at UCLA Extension, where he integrates practical experience into the classroom to equip professionals with strategic thinking and real world HR application.
