Guido Toscano
Guido Toscano is an accomplished litigator and advocate for employees facing workplace injustice. Known for his compelling advocacy and strategic approach to litigation, he has a proven record of success in hearings and trials, including in state and federal courts, arbitration, administrative forums, and both civil and criminal matters.
Guido received his J.D. from USC Law and spent over a decade practicing in the high-stakes world of the AmLaw 100 before transitioning to plaintiff-side work. His legal experience spans many practice areas, including employment, public entity law, entertainment, trust and estates, advertising, and FDA/FTC compliance. Earlier in his career, he served in the City Attorneys’ Offices for the cities of Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and Temecula, among others.
Before attending law school, Guido studied classical piano and he continues to enjoy classical music, movies and anime. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
