Vasyl Schviruk
Vasyl Shkviruk is a Law Clerk at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., where he supports attorneys in complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and related civil claims. His academic and professional training across the U.S. and Ukrainian legal systems provides a comparative and analytically rigorous approach to litigation and advocacy.
Before pursuing legal practice in the United States, Vasyl worked as a system engineer on large-scale IT infrastructure and systems projects. This technical background allows him to effectively analyze technology-driven legal issues, including electronic discovery, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Vasyl brings a global perspective, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to advancing the firm’s mission of protecting employees’ rights.
