Shannon Handelman

Shannon Handelman is a Pre-Litigation Specialist in the Pre-Litigation Department at Bibiyan Law Group. She began her career in sales, where she built strong communication and relationship-building skills, before transitioning into managing the intake department at a workers’ compensation firm. In that role, she oversaw client onboarding and case evaluations, strengthening her ability to assess claims, explain complex information clearly, and support clients during the early stages of their cases.

In her current role, Shannon is committed to creating a positive and reassuring experience for clients during what can often be a stressful time. She takes pride in listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting individuals with the legal support they need. She is also currently pursuing her paralegal certification to deepen her legal knowledge and better assist both clients and attorneys.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys expressing her creativity through thrift shopping, exploring estate sales, and visiting local farmers markets. She also values spending quality time with close friends, which helps her stay grounded and inspired both personally and professionally.
