Pavel Rukavishnikov

Pavel Rukavishnikov is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., where he focuses on complex wage and hour class actions and representative employment matters. 

Mr. Rukavishnikov earned his legal degree from the University of Southern California. Earlier in his career, he obtained a degree in Economics, grounding his legal practice in both analytical and economic reasoning.

With over fourteen years of experience practicing law in different jurisdictions, he brings a global perspective to advocating for employees and understanding how legal systems impact people in the workplace. Before joining Bibiyan Law Group, Mr. Rukavishnikov represented plaintiffs in California wage and hour class actions and served as a legal intern with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where he observed and assisted in trial proceedings. Prior to relocating to the United States, he practiced law in Russia for nearly fifteen years, handling significant and high-profile matters involving industrial safety, environmental protection, criminal law, and contract disputes. His work on several internationally recognized cases in the areas of industrial safety and ecology has given him a rare depth of experience in navigating and protecting employees’ interests.

At Bibiyan Law Group, Mr. Rukavishnikov applies his extensive background to some of the firm’s most challenging wage and hour cases, where rigorous research and strategic drafting are critical to achieving justice for employees. He is a proud member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and is passionate about protecting workers’ rights and promoting fairness in the workplace.

Outside of his legal work, Mr. Rukavishnikov is an avid oil painter and bass player, having performed in Hollywood music venues and released original recordings on Spotify. He also enjoys soccer and fitness training.
