Tuan Nguyen

Tuan Nguyen is an Employment Litigation Paralegal at Bibiyan Law Group, where he supports the firm’s employment litigation and class action practice. He earned his Paralegal degree in 2019 and has built his career around thorough, detail-oriented casework and a genuine commitment to advocating for employees.

Before joining Bibiyan Law Group, Tuan built a strong foundation in California civil litigation across lemon law, personal injury, family law, and employment/class action matters. This range sharpened his skills in discovery, case management, and client communication, with particular depth in wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and AAA/JAMS arbitration support.  

At Bibiyan Law Group, Tuan applies that experience to help move employment cases forward from initial discovery through resolution. He’s especially drawn to the impact of this work, employment litigation often means helping people who’ve been wronged in the workplace find real accountability, and he takes pride in supporting clients through that process with care and diligence.

Outside of work, Tuan enjoys playing the guitar and spending quality time with his family.
