Kristin Netinho
Kristin Netinho, CPA, CGA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Bibiyan Law Group, bringing more than two decades of progressive financial leadership across private equity–backed companies, global corporations, and high growth professional services organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta and earned her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2011. Kristin has been recognized as a 2025 Chief Financial Officer of the Year Finalist and 2024 Women of Influence Honoree by the San Diego Business Journal.
Before joining Bibiyan Law Group, Kristin built a distinguished career leading finance functions through periods of rapid expansion, complex transactions, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she scaled the finance department from one employee to a team of sixteen, supported revenue growth of more than 225%, and oversaw the processing of over $2 billion in client settlements. Her earlier roles include CFO positions within private equity–owned companies in the events industry, Director of Finance/Controller at AlliedPRA during a multiacquisition growth period, to name a few.
Kristin’s expertise spans strategic planning, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, risk management, accounting system conversions, and building scalable financial infrastructure. She has completed more than ten mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell sides and is known for strengthening internal controls, improving reporting accuracy, and driving operational efficiency. At Bibiyan Law Group, Kristin applies her extensive experience to strengthen financial operations, support sustainable growth, and ensure the firm’s resources align with its mission of delivering exceptional advocacy for employees.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys travel, spending time with her family, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
