Jenna Koleson
Jenna is an associate attorney dedicated to advocating for employee rights and holding employers accountable. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to litigation and is motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes for working people.
Throughout her legal education, Jenna was actively involved in advocacy and leadership. She served as Editor-in-Chief of Saint Louis University Law Journal, Volume 66; was a member of the Moot Court Board; and competed as first-chair counsel on the Trial Team. In addition to graduating with honors, Jenna received the Everett J. Hulverson Award for Trial Advocacy and the Academic Excellence Award for Legal Research and Writing. She completed her undergraduate education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she majored in Business Administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenna further honed her litigation skills while externing for Chief Judge Rosenstengel at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and working as an attorney for the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, where she gained substantial courtroom experience and sharpened her ability to advocate effectively under high-stakes conditions.
At Bibiyan Law Group, Jenna applies her litigation experience and advocacy skills to represent employees in complex employment matters. She is passionate about protecting workers’ rights and guiding clients through challenging legal situations with clarity, diligence, and care.
Jenna has been admitted to practice law in Missouri, California, and Madison County, Illinois.
