Genipher Rozzano
Genipher Rozzano is the Practice Manager for Bibiyan Law Group’s Washington operations. She works closely with executive leadership to support the growth and development of the firm’s Washington practice, including operations management, workflow development, team support, and process implementation.
Genipher brings nearly two decades of experience in litigation and employment law, with a background in legal operations and litigation support. Her experience supporting operations and complex labor and employment cases has given her a strong understanding of both legal practice and the operational systems that support effective client advocacy. In addition to her legal experience, Genipher has also been involved in business operations management and has served in a consultative capacity to local Boards of Directors, further strengthening her background in organizational strategy and business operations.
Genipher is passionate about building strong organizational systems, supporting high-performing teams, and creating efficient, client-centered legal operations in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Genipher enjoys spending time with her partner, son, and their two dogs, and loves exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family. A natural people person, she is deeply involved in community service, regularly participates in legislative advocacy, and has spoken at symposiums on worker advocacy and women’s health.
