Levon Baghdasaryan
Levon Baghdasaryan is joining Bibiyan Law Group as an Executive Assistant, where he will provide executive and administrative support to help the firm operate efficiently and deliver exceptional service to its clients. Born and raised in California, Levon brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything he does.
Levon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and later obtained his Paralegal Certificate from California State University, Los Angeles. His education, combined with more than eight years of experience in the legal field, including personal injury and labor and employment law, has provided him with a strong foundation in legal operations, organization, and client service.
Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Levon worked as both a Legal Secretary and Paralegal, including four years at a labor and employment defense firm. Throughout his career, he has supported attorneys in fast-paced legal environments by managing deadlines, preparing and filing legal documents, assisting with case management, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients. These experiences strengthened his ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, adapt quickly, and provide reliable support in demanding environments. Levon is also highly tech-savvy and experienced in learning new software and systems to improve efficiency and organization.
As he begins this next chapter with Bibiyan Law Group, Levon looks forward to applying his legal and administrative experience to support the firm’s leadership, contribute to a collaborative workplace, and continue growing professionally.
Outside of work, Levon enjoys watching and playing sports, staying active at the gym, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. He values continuous learning and strives to grow both personally and professionally.
