Danielle Kim
Danielle Kim is a Senior Counsel for our Washington Practice. A first-generation Washingtonian, she earned her B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She specializes in complex employment litigation.
Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Danielle practiced for several years at a large defense firm, defending major corporations and employers in high-stakes employment matters. This unique background gives her an insider’s view of how large companies evaluate risk and litigate disputes. Today, she dedicates her practice to representing employees in wage and hour violations and protecting workers’ rights against unlawful employer practices.
Danielle has served as an Adjunct Professor for the Workers’ Rights Clinic at Seattle University School of Law and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson. She served as a board member of the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW) and continues to be active within the organization, and is a member of the Washington Employment LAwyers Association (WELA). She was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2023-2026.
