Danielle Kim

Danielle Kim is a Senior Counsel for our Washington Practice. A first-generation Washingtonian, she earned her B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.

Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Danielle represented employers at a large defense firm, where she appeared and examined witnesses in a six-week-long administrative hearing in an appeal of four WISHA citations. She’s also experienced in representing workers in single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage-and-hour class action lawsuits.

Danielle has worked for a Fortune 500 company, served as an Adjunct Professor for the Workers’ Rights Clinic at Seattle University School of Law, and served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson. She remains active with the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW) and is a member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association (WELA). Notably, she was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2023–2026.

Danielle is admitted to practice law in Washington.
