Bevin Pike

Bevin Pike is a Senior Managing Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C. Bevin has spent nearly twenty-five years advocating for consumers and employees in class actions stemming from a wide range of wage-and-hour violations, unfair and unlawful business practices, and consumer fraud. Over the course of her career, Bevin has successfully certified dozens of employee and consumer classes for claims such as unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, failure to provide meal breaks, failure to authorize and permit rest breaks, failure to provide compliant wage statements, false advertising, and violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act. She also helped in securing a $15 million judgment on behalf of manufacturing employees for various wage-and-hour violations after a bench trial.

Before joining Bibiyan Law Group, Bevin’s experience included class and representative action work on behalf of employees and consumers at some of the leading plaintiffs’ firms in California. Bevin graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was an Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Southern California.

Bevin is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During her spare time, Bevin enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, and giving back to her local community.
