Audrey Wacker
Audrey Wacker is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, where she focuses her practice on advocating for workers’ rights in plaintiff-side employment litigation. Driven by a lifelong passion for individual rights—and specifically women’s rights—Audrey is dedicated to ameliorating workplace injustices and providing her clients with assiduous representation.
Audrey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with a specialization in Business Law. While at UCLA, she served two years on the executive board of the Sports Law Association, honing the leadership skills she now brings to her legal practice. Her foundational interest in litigation was established during her time as a law clerk in construction law defense, where she refined the sophisticated research and legal writing skills necessary to navigate complex disputes.
A proud alumna of The Ohio State University (go Buckeyes!!!), Audrey graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Sport Industry and Political Science, achieving Dean’s List honors every semester of her undergraduate career. Outside of the office, Audrey is an avid sports fan who can regularly be found attending or watching football, baseball, and women’s basketball games. She also enjoys exploring the local culinary scene by trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and she is always happy to receive a new recommendation.
