Alma Hernandez
Alma is a dedicated Paralegal at Bibiyan Law Group with over 11 years of legal experience. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from West Los Angeles College. Her strong academic foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, enables her to provide reliable and efficient support across a broad range of legal matters.
Alma has a diverse background in personal injury, along with eight years of focused experience in wage and hour class actions and labor and employment law. Her experience includes handling matters involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has worked in small to mid-sized law firms and is knowledgeable in all phases of civil litigation. Additionally, she has assisted supervising attorneys and clients in depositions and has experience with pro hac vice applications and out-of-state filings.
Detail-oriented and organized, Alma is committed to excellent client service and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, she fosters clear communication and strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Alma enjoys spending time with her family,hiking, and volunteering.
