Sairah Budhwani
Sairah is an Associate Attorney in the Pre-Litigation Department. She earned her B.A in Urban Studies from the University of California, Irvine Sairah earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, with specializations in Critical Race Studies and Public Interest Law and Policy.
As the 2019-2020 Californian Employment Lawyers Association’s post-graduate Fellow, Sairah kickstarted her plaintiff-side employment law career by litigating individual wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases. She then pivoted to developing wage and hour class and representative PAGA actions in the pre-litigation stage, which she continues to specialize in at Bibiyan Law Group.
