Aureliano Iribe is the Director of Immigration Operations at Tomorrow Law – Bibiyan Law Group, bringing nearly a decade of experience in immigration law and legal operations. His path in the legal field began in client-facing support roles, where he learned firsthand the importance of patience, empathy, and clear communication when helping families navigate difficult immigration matters.

Over the years, Aureliano has grown through several roles in the immigration field, developing experience in USCIS and EOIR filings, client intake, case preparation, team training, workflow development, and marketing support. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship, and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Fremont College. He is currently in his first year of law school at the University of West Los Angeles, continuing his path toward becoming an attorney.

At Bibiyan Law Group, Aureliano is passionate about building organized systems, supporting the Immigration and Data Breach teams, and helping create a client experience rooted in respect, trust, and care. He believes strong operations are not just about efficiency, but about making sure every person who reaches out feels heard, informed, and supported. Outside of work and law school, Aureliano enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, spending time with his dogs, and appreciating the Texas outdoor lifestyle — preferably through a window.
