Jennifer Lee is Senior Managing Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., representing clients on data breach matters. Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Ms. Lee focused her practice on cybersecurity and data privacy matters, advising companies in their response to incidents and defending them against resulting class actions. Ms. Lee also previously served as in-house Privacy Counsel at a global financial services firm. Both of these experiences provided her with a unique and invaluable insight which serves her well in her current work.
Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, Arts and Entertainment Law Society, and OUTLaw, among others. Prior to law school, Ms. Lee received a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley with majors in Media Studies and Legal Studies and a minor in French Literature.
Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in all California state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
During her spare time, Ms. Lee enjoys running, playing beach volleyball, and attending hockey games, especially for the San Jose Sharks.
