Justin Willingham
Justin Willingham is an accomplished Office Manager and a first-generation college graduate who earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Texas.
Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Mr. Willingham spent five years at a business management and international tax firm, where he excelled in diverse roles including Project Manager, Global Operations Manager, and IT Operations Manager. He is a certified SCRUM Master, a methodology he applied to successfully navigate large and complex projects, ensuring consistent team delivery and continuous refinement of results. Mr. Willingham is committed to maintaining an agile mindset, fostering team motivation, and consistently delivering results to the highest standards.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Willingham is driven by endurance sports and adventure. He has completed a 70.3 Ironman in Santa Cruz and is currently training for a full Ironman in Sacramento at the end of 2026. His personal pursuits also include cycling around Los Angeles, maximizing his AMC A-List benefits, and exploring the city’s latest culinary offerings.
