Vasyl Shkviruk

Vasyl Shkviruk is an Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., where he litigates complex employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and related civil claims. His work includes legal research, statutory interpretation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, case strategy, and trial preparation. He is particularly passionate about workplace-related issues and has developed a strong commitment to advocating for individuals against institutional wrongdoing on behalf of clients who have faced violations in the workplace and deserve justice.

Vasyl earned his legal degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and is admitted to practice law in California. He also holds advanced degrees in Law and International Relations, both earned with honors, and received his foundational legal education in Ukraine, where he practiced law representing corporate and individual clients in contractual disputes, regulatory compliance matters, and personal injury cases. His academic and professional training across the U.S. and Ukrainian legal systems provides a comparative and analytically rigorous approach to litigation and advocacy.

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Vasyl brings a global perspective, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to advancing the firm’s mission of protecting employees’ rights.
