Rex Phillips
Rex has been practicing in a wide variety of general and complex litigation for 17 years and is extremely well versed in all manner of litigation.
For the last 5 years, Rex’s primary focus has been litigating complex employment cases on behalf of employees ranging from large class action wage and hour lawsuits to individual discrimination and wrongful termination cases. Prior to focusing on employment law, Rex spent many years representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants managing large caseloads of consumer litigation cases, complex real property foreclosure actions, landlord/tenant disputes, business contractual disputes, in addition to medical malpractice and personal injury actions.
Rex’s experience working for both Plaintiffs and big law Defense Firms provides him with the unique ability to analyze cases effectively from all angles.
