Nairi Shirinian is an associate at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., representing clients pursuing employment-related claims, including claims for unpaid wages, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Ms. Shirinian began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm representing clients in complex high-stakes litigation and consumer class actions, with extensive experience representing clients in the entertainment and technology industries.
Ms. Shirinian graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 2020. During law school, she worked as an intern in the Austin Office of Capital and Forensic Writs supporting post-conviction appeals for defendants facing the death penalty. During Ms. Shirinian’s time at Berkeley Law, she served as an editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law; provided volunteer legal services through a community housing clinic; and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
Ms. Shirinian speaks Armenian and is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
