Marlon Holley

Marlon was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the first in his family to graduate from law school. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from California State University, Long Beach. He then received his law degree from UC Irvine Law School.

Prior to graduating, Marlon sharpened his oral and written skills through various activities and clinical training. He competed in Moot court in which he drafted legal briefs and presented oral arguments. He furthered his oral advocacy skills by competing in mock trial. Additionally, Marlon represented real clients in clinical study such as the UCI Domestic Violence Clinic (“DV Clinic”) and the Veterans Appellate Litigation Clinic (“VAL Clinic”).

Marlon is passionate about using his expertise and knowledge of the law to provide justice to exploited populations. While working in the DV Clinic, he protected and advocated for clients by helping victims in danger to obtain restraining orders. He also received the Deans Award for his clinical work in the VAL Clinic where he drafted arguments in support of his clients’ rights as a United States veteran. At Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Marlon looks forward to fighting for the working-class and holding corporations accountable for illegal workplace practices.

Outside of work, Marlon is an avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast. He also enjoys camping and spending time with family.
