Eric Naessig
Eric Naessig is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., representing clients in employment-related matters. As an experienced settlement attorney, Eric has successfully worked on many class actions and PAGA cases throughout his career.
Eric completed the accelerated SCALE Program at Southwestern Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude in the top 10% of his class. During law school, Eric was a Dean’s Fellow, a Dean’s Merit Scholar, a teaching assistant for several courses, a brief writer finalist, a recipient of the Full-Tuition Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship, a student editor for the Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law, and a member of the Southwestern Law Review. Prior to law school, Eric also earned two graduate degrees from Chapman University and graduated from Emerson College’s undergraduate program as summa cum laude with a triple minor in sociology, philosophy, and political science.
Eric worked in the entertainment industry for a number of years drafting and negotiating contracts on the talent side and studio side. He then transitioned to representing plaintiffs in wage and hour litigation while working on the settlement team.
In his free time, Eric serves an executive board member for the Women Lawyers of Long Beach. He also mentors students and teaches courses offered through the Princeton Adult School.
