Ben Walden
Ben is an Associate Attorney at Bibiyan Law Group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California Santa Cruz, where he studied English Literature and graduated cum laude. After college, Ben began a career in the wine industry and eventually moved to New York City where he worked as a sommelier. During his time in the wine and restaurant industries, Ben became interested in the law, and specifically, employment law. He returned to California and attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. He graduated with honors and made the Dean’s List.
Ben’s first position post-bar was with an employment defense firm. He then transitioned to a position with a Plaintiff’s firm, specializing in discrimination and wrongful termination cases. Having worked on both the defense and Plaintiff-side, Ben brings a unique perspective that enhances case strategy and negotiation leverage for his clients. Ben has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies. :
As a Northern California native, Ben is a devoted fan of Bay Area sports teams, especially the Golden State Warriors. He enjoys eating out or trying new recipes at home with his wife. When the weather is right, he enjoys spending weekends at the beach with his miniature Dachshund, Oscar.
