Malalai Anbari is a skilled litigator that handles a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination cases.
Malalai uses her background in plaintiff-side foreclosure defense and wage-and-hour class action law to be a passionate advocate on behalf of her clients. Having only represented plaintiffs, Malalai understands the difficulty in protesting employer actions that are in violation of state and federal statutory authority.
Recognizing the emotional upheaval that clients face as a result of experiencing adverse employment actions, Malalai uses a client-focused approach to share her clients’ stories and effectively litigate cases in order to reach maximum settlement values.
Malalai has dedicated herself to a lifetime of service to the community. She was a student activist while attending the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
